无尘投料站适用于制药、化工、食品、电池材料等行业中、小袋物料的拆包、投放、筛分和卸料。

拆包时由于集尘风机的作用，可以避免物料粉尘到处飞扬。当物料解袋并倒入下一道工序时，只需人工直接拆包投入到该系统，物料通过振动筛（安全筛网)，可将大块物料和异物拦截，从而保证符合要求的颗粒排出。同时，利用反吹装置，清除过滤器，实现物料的再次利用。

整套设备由投料平台、卸料仓、除尘系统、除杂筛部件组成。整机外形美观，制作精良。
